Refunds, Exchanges & Replacements

We will provide a refund or exchange where required to do so by law. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind in relation to our Products. But you can choose to refund or exchange if the product/s:
  • have an issue that would stop you from purchasing, if you had known about prior;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description; or
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for
